Error "SBL-SIS-00171: Invalid tier definition. Tier levels has gap." During Tier Process Change In Siebel Loyalty (Doc ID 2775414.1)

Symptoms

When running Tier Process Change to change a Member Tier status from Silver to Gold  the error below occurs:


1- Setup Loyalty Program Tier Definition from Loyalty Programs > Tier Classes

Tier Class: Enrollment/Anniversary Date > Qual Period: 1 Months

Tiers:

Qual Period: 1 Year


2- Program > Point Types > "Standard" (Qualifying Point)

3- Tier Promotion:
Criteria: If "Member.Standard" > 200
Action: Upgrade Tier > to GOLD

4- New Member: VF Member
Tier: SILVER > Start Date: 4/20/2021 > End Date: 5/19/2021 > Qual Period End Date: <Empty> > Point 2 Qual. Total = 0

5- Process an Accrual of 200
Tier: SILVER > Start Date: 4/20/2021 > End Date: 5/19/2021 > > Qual Period End Date: <Empty> > Point 2 Qual. Total = 0

6- Go to Loyalty Member > Point Balances:

Standard > Qual Points = =0 > Available Points = 200 > Lifetime Qualifying Points = 200

7- Member > Tiers > "Process Tier Change"

Tier: Silver  > Start Date: 4/20/2021 > End Date: 5/19/2021 > Point 2 Qual. Total = 0 > Active: Y

Processing Comment = SBL-SIS-00171: Invalid Tier Definition. Tier Levels Has Gap error on Loyalty Engine
