Symptoms

During Siebel system upgrade process when attempting to run "Full Publish", the following errors are occurring being returned in a screenshot:


As a result of these two errors, "Full Publish" process does not complete.

To have the same environment behavior check following steps:

- Access sqlnet.ora file.

- Search for SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT parameter.

- Leave the default number of seconds.

Changes

An upgrade was performed from a previous Siebel version and on top of IP17 base version 21.2 patch was applied. For preparing the upgrade of Siebel Development Environment please check steps from Bookshelf:

Having multiple languages in "Full Publish process, the NON-ENU language compiles all object definitions and adds those records to the respective Repository Runtime tables." as per Bookshelf:
