Self Service Application "Forgot Your Password" stop working in 20.7 and Higher due to missing Runtime Event Action (Doc ID 2778177.1)

When updating to Siebel 20.7 or later versions. Siebel Self Service Application "Forgot Your Password" link as show in the screenshot below, stop working and users are unable to reset password properly.





Step to reproduce the issue:

1. Login into the Self Service app.

2. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link.

3. Add user information.

4. Click Reset Password.

5. The page remains the same place and nothing happens.
