When attempting to run a report after renewing certificates on Siebel and updating BIP keystore with new certificates, the report fails to generate and the following error occurs in the XMLPReportServer component log.
SBL-EAI-04308: Operation 'runReport' von Webservice 'http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/v11/PublicReportService.PublicReportServiceService' an Port 'PublicReportService_v11'.... "java.lang.RuntimeException: oracle.xdo.security.ValidateException: Error Code: SOAP_ERROR Error Message: Error: Could not create connection to Server. Username/Password is incorrect, or Server is experiencing difficulties.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel BIP reports with Siebel security model
2. Renew certificate and import the renewed certificate into the Siebel keystore
3. Import certificate into the BIP keystore and test report execution from Siebel
