EVT_VSBLTY_CD Column Is Updated In S_WFR_STP_BRNCH With Upper Case "ENTERPRISE" During PostInstallDBSetup Execution

PostInstallDBSetup is updating S_WFR_STP_BRNCH.EVT_VSBLTY_CD for existing records in lower case "Enterprise" while newly created WF step branches are having EVT_VSBLTY_CD = ENTERPRISE
In 21.5, when PostInstallDBSetup is executed, the following UPDATE is seen for 20.12 step:
SET EVT_VSBLTY_CD = (SELECT distinct NAME FROM SIEBEL20.S_LST_OF_VAL WHERE LANG_ID = 'ENU' and TYPE = 'WF_EVENT_VIS_CD' and VAL='Enterprise'
and WS_ID= (Select ROW_ID from SIEBEL20.S_WORKSPACE where NAME='MAIN' and REPOSITORY_ID = '1-ABC-1'))
where REPOSITORY_ID = '1-ABC-1'
and EVT_VSBLTY_CD ='Enterprise'
(execution time: 3.6s, rows affected: 211, time per row: 0.02s)
However, when creating a new Workflow Step, the Step Brach is created having EVT_VSBLTY_CD set to lower case 'Enterprise' instead of 'ENTERPRISE'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Install 21.5 on the top of 20.12
- Run PostInstallDBSetup
- Note that EVT_VSBLTY_CD column in table S_WFR_STP_BRNCH is updated to "ENTERPRISE"
- Create a new Workflow or modify an existing one by adding a new step.
- Note that EVT_VSBLTY_CD column in table S_WFR_STP_BRNCH is updated to "Enterprise"
