AOM tasks finishing with exitCode=1376382 after installing Siebel on new OS (Doc ID 2781087.1)

As part of an OS update, Siebel was installed on new Windows 2012 machines

After the Application was pointed to the old Database, it was observed that all the tasks are finishing with error:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up new environment with Siebel on Windows 2012
2. Point the application to the old Database
3. Notice that all the tasks are finishing with error


 Siebel was installed on new Windows Servers
