ADM - Unable To Migrate XLIFF Attachment Files For BIP Reports (Doc ID 2782447.1)

Symptoms

When migrating BIP reports using ADM, Xliff attachments are not getting migrated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an ADM project based on "BIP Report Template Registration" data type by navigating to Application Deployment Manager--->Projects view.

2. Enable the ADM Project by clicking on "Enable" button.

3. Try to migrate BIP report from source to target environment.

4. Notice that BIP report template gets migrated properly along with RTF attachment, however, XLiff attachment is not getting migrated.
