Picklist Dropdown Values Are Not Visible Completely where More Values Are Present in Dropdown

Symptoms
If user open any Pick-list Drop-down has more values , Clicking on Dropdown to select Values , Picklist does not show full values .
STEPS
---------------
1)Go to Service Request screen – > Service Request List View -> Service Request Form Applet
2) Make sure the list applet has 15+ records so that the side page navigation bar appears
3) The picklist should also have more values ( around 15+ Values) - Go to service request form Applet -> Click on SubStatus dropdown
4) Now to see the first value, use the side scroll bar to move up- while scrolling up the Picklist
5) Full values are not visible even after scrolling half way up
