Test Automation - NewRecord In All View Failed With Error "Button does not exists" (Doc ID 2783284.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.2 version, System Admin

Getting below error while playing test script


 
Button does not exists. Please check the AppletRN/ButtonRN



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel 21.2 application with AutoOn(https://<DOMAIN>:XXXX/siebel/app/callcenter/enu?SWECmd=AutoOn
2. Start Recording the Test script
3. Click on Accounts Screen and Navigate All Accounts by clicking on Home Page Link


4. Click on NewRecord button on the All Accounts List Applet
5. Enter Account Name and Save the Record

6. Stop the recording and Save the Test Script

7. Play the recorded test script and it will complete with below error
