Siebel Application Object Manager Crashes After the Release of a Custom Code Change on Runtime Event (RTE) Triggered on User Logoff Event

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Since the last code release the application is crashing very frequently (50+ times a day) with no crash file being generated. The memory dump file has around 1.2 GB of size.
The following call stack can be obtained using debugger:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate through the application as regular user
3. The Siebel application may crash without giving further details
