Siebel Application Object Manager Crashes After the Release of a Custom Code Change on Runtime Event (RTE) Triggered on User Logoff Event (Doc ID 2783587.1)

Symptoms

Since the last code release the application is crashing very frequently (50+ times a day) with no crash file being generated. The memory dump file has around 1.2 GB of size.
The following call stack can be obtained using debugger:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate through the application as regular user
3. The Siebel application may crash without giving further details
