DDLIMP crashes after repository import with below stack (siebsrvr\BIN folder)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Repository import
2. Run DDLict to generate the schema.ddl
3. Run the DDLsync

ddlimp /u SIEBEL /p PASSWORD /c SIEBEL_DSN /g SSE_ROLE /f D:\SIEBEL\schema.ddl /e n /B SIEBEL_DATA /X SIEBEL_INDEX /R Y /W Y /s Y /l D:\SIEBEL\ddlimp_1.log /9 Y
