Siebel Self Service Login Page Keeps Refreshing When Accessed via Virtual IP (Doc ID 2784450.1)

Symptoms

Siebel environment was successfully upgraded  to 20.12.

When validation tests started, it was noticed that users could not use Siebel Self Service Application. The Siebel Home page was reloading continuously.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue was reproduced as following: 


1. User Accessed VIP URL and Login was successful;
2. After authentication, the Siebel Home page is reloaded continuously.




Changes

 Siebel Production environment was upgraded from IP16.19 to 20.12.
