Siebel Client Hangs Up After Deselecting Primary Checkbox (Doc ID 2784503.1)

Symptoms

On Siebel 20.10, the Siebel client hangs up with the following operation:

  1. Go to any parent-child applet where the child applet is a list applet which has Primary checkbox. (For example, go to Accounts->Contacts view)
  2. Select the primary record and click the primary checkbox to uncheck it.
  3. Click an other record.
  4. The busy icon is displayed and the Siebel client hangs up for 30 seconds (or seconds set to 'Busy Cursor Timeout' system preference).

 

Changes

 Upgraded from IP2016 to Siebel 20.10.
