Webtools: When Editing A Workflow Is Not Possible To Undo, Delete Or Leave The Editing Canvas Without Saving The Process (Doc ID 2784694.1)

Symptoms

When users are editing a Workflow Process using Siebel WebTools. For some reason are unable to undo, delete or leave the editing canvas without saving any change as show in the screenshot below:

 Step to reproduce the issue:

1. Login into Webtools.
2. Create a Workspace.
3. Create or Edit any existing Workflow Process.
4. Make any change and the option or keyboard shortcuts for undo, delete or save are not available. This causing user cannot leave the editing canvas area without saving the process.
