Symptoms

Form Applet controls alignment changes when adding new controls.
Controls should be displayed as per the WebTools reference.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open WebTools, and open an editable Workspace
2. Go to any Applet that is used by multiple applications
3. Add new controls on the UI
4. Inspect the changes at UI level: UI is scrambled, and controls are disappearing randomly
