DISA 21.5 Installer Can Not Start On 32 Bits OS (Doc ID 2784874.1)

When starting DISA 21.5 installer on Windows 7 32bit OS, it encounters the following error and can not install DISA 21.5.

Windows error 216 occured while loading the Java VM

DISA 2.20.12 was working fine on Windows 7 32bit OS.
