Symptoms

When attempting to open Browser script Editor in Web Tools,
the following error occurs.

The responsibility of user 'E0514039' does not allow accessing view 'WT Repository Applet Browser Script Editor View'.(SBL-DAT-00329)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to Web tools
2. Query for an Applet
3. Right Click and Edit Browser Scripts.
4. See an error instead of the Editor.
