ERROR SBL-UIF-00335 ON MULTITAB AND IFRAME ON 20.X and 21.x (Doc ID 2785690.1)

Symptoms


SBL-UIF-00335:We are unable to process your request. This is most likely because you used the browser BACK or REFRESH button to get to this point is observed in UI when Multitab feature is enabled and  Iframe(external application) is invoked using symbolic url configuration on 20.x and 21.x

1. Follow the steps as mentioned below

 


2. Review that Jquery is displayed correctly when clicked on the embedded view or applet

3. Enable Multi-tabbing, and set the limit to 2 or 3 under Call Center referring to

 


4. Logout and log back in.

5. Open 2 sessions for Call Center

6. In one of the sessions, navigate to Accounts and drilldown on one Account.

7.Open the second session and it was found that SBL-UIF-00335 is observed randomly

 

Changes

 Multitab feature enabling on 20.x and 21.x and embed external application was the change
