Symptoms
There are several components failing due to error SBL-GEN-00255 during Siebel Server startup.
These components never become Online on Server Manager (srvrmgr) "list comp" output.
In the Enterprise log file the following can be found. This file is located under siebsrvr/enterprises/<enterprise_name>/<siebel_server_name>/log directory, namely <enterprise_name>_<siebel_server_name>.log
