The ODBC Connection is failing with the following errors:
The issue is happening with the following steps, only on the custom environment:
- Configure the odbc data source using the IP address.
- Test the odbc connection or attempt to start the Siebel Server.
- The errors mentioned above were returned.
The environment was upgraded from Siebel 7 to Siebel 21.5
