After applying 21.5 monthly update on top of 19.12 multi-language installation the application object manager is crashing (process termination) with the following call stack (the callstack file can be found under siebsrvr/bin directory):
1. Apply 21.5 monthly update on top of the existing 19.12 multi-language installation (ENU+ESN)
2. Bring the Siebel environment up
3. Try to login to the Siebel application object manager
4. The Siebel application object manager crashes during the startup process
