Loyalty User Unable To Associate Member In Household Through Loyalty EMember (Customer Portal) (Doc ID 2786659.1)

Symptoms

In the Loyalty Portal, adding a Loyalty Member to a HouseHold is not possible in the Loyalty application
Customer expected that all members should be added in the Portal.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to customer portal (Loyalty eMember)
2) Once Login, Click on My Account in Login Applet
3) Navigate to SelfService and click on My Household link
4) In household view, create a new household if not there already
5) Once created, click on Household name drilldown
6) Now associate Contact

Open the Loyalty application, check if the corresponding member is associated with household. It is not
