Workflows Are Not Available In Target Environment After Full Migration

On : 20.12 version, after the full migration, a custom workflow process is not found in EAI Object Manager in the target RR environment.
- Run a full-migration.
- In the target environment, invoke an inbound EAI request.
- The EAI request fails and the log file shows the following errors:
But the custom workflow process DOES exist in S_RR_WORKFLOW table and it works fine if it's called in BS Simulator in Siebel application.
