Workflows Are Not Available In Target Environment After Full Migration (Doc ID 2787219.1)

Symptoms

On : 20.12 version, after the full migration, a custom workflow process is not found in EAI Object Manager in the target RR environment.

  1. Run a full-migration.
  2. In the target environment, invoke an inbound EAI request.
  3. The EAI request fails and the log file shows the following errors:

But the custom workflow process DOES exist in S_RR_WORKFLOW table and it works fine if it's called in BS Simulator in Siebel application.
