Opportunity Product/Revenue Not Updated When Product/Promotion Is Added to the Related Auto-Quote using "Update Opportunity"

"Update Opportunity" from Quotes can be invoked in 2 ways depending on which Siebel Application is being used:
- SIS OM Update Revenue Workflow Process - will be used if invoked from a Siebel Horizontal Application such as Siebel CallCenter
- Signal - will be used if invoked from a Siebel Vertical Application such as Siebel eCommunications.
The signal is a single business service "ISS Revenue Synchronization Service"
The SIS OM Update Revenue Workflow Process invokes the method "SISOMUpdateOppty" and the following is seen in the log:
