Symptoms

The Siebel Server would shutdown after starting up with the following error occurring in the Siebel Enterprise Log.

GenericLog GenericError 1 0000000260cb15f4:0 2021-06-17 13:15:03 (smilobj.cpp (500) err=1376305 sys=126) SBL-SMI-00049: Internal: There is no connection to the gateway server
