Product Configurator UI Web Template Changes Not Seen In The UI And How To Copy eConfigfurator Web Templates in >17.0 (Doc ID 2788561.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 20.6 to any version < 17.0, a cloned web template was not being shown in the product structure. The original web template was being used by eConfigurator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After upgrade, navigate to the Product definition > workspace
2. Change the web template from one template to another
3. Invoke eConfigurator for any product which uses the clones template

4.The change was not seen, even after refreshing the cache and re-starting the component
