After Adding Service Request Screen It Is Not Visible In The Page Tabs (Doc ID 2789105.1)

Symptoms

After adding the  Service Request screen in Application Level--->Page Tabs, the screen is not visible


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel Tools

2. Query for "Siebel Power Communications" application

3. Add "Service Request" screen under the Page Tabs

4. Deliver the Changes

Observe that the screen is not visible.
