Symptoms

After installation of the Siebel Marketing Servers (ESD, BHD, CTD) the following error was seen in the esd.log file in the ESD application log folfer



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to install Siebel EMS through Jenkins.
2. Process failing with errors upon starting the ESD application
