Import On Applet Is Not Working For Country Field In Address Applet (Doc ID 2791367.1)

Symptoms

Country field value is blank in Administration - Data - Addresses view when importing using applet import

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Import Object for CUT Address in siebel tools.

1.1 Create new Workspace
1.2 Go to Import Object in Object Explorer
1.3 Create new record and provide the Business component as CUT Address
1.4 Go to Fields and add Country,City,Street Address1,Street Address2.. fields

2. Deliver the changes

3. Login to the application .Click on Site Management ,navigate to Administration - Data - Address View.Prepare the data to import in csv file

4. Click on Import from applet,data is imported but country value is blank
