Symptoms
After applying 20.8 PS, Business Service 'FS Holiday API Service' > Method: 'GetResponseTime' calculates Commit Time incorrectly
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Field Service Application
2. Go to Administration Service -> Schedules ,create record with following schedule
Output :03/15/2021 08:30:00.
The Expected Output is 03/12/2021 17:00:00
