Symptoms

Error Messages from Business Service RaiseErrorText does not popup on UI.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Web Tools
2. Create Workspace.
3. Query for Applet SIS Account Entry List Applet
4. Add a custom control TestButton with Method Name = 'TestMethod'
5. Add the custom control on the Edit Mode Applet Web template.
6. Add Applet User Property
Name: CanInvokeMethod: TestMethod
Value: True
7. Add another Applet User Property
Name: Named Method 1: TestMethod
Value: 'INVOKESVC', 'TestBS', 'TestMethod'
8. Create a Business Service TestBS
9. Create a method TestMethod.
10 Add below script
