How To Fetch Employee and Assignment Skill Based On Skill Items , Which Are Stored on S_EMP_SKILL_IT Table

Goal
Out of box , Data based on Employee's positions and associated skills and skill items can be exported using UI.
To export data for positions and associated skills and skill items,
- Navigate to the Administration - Group screen, Positions view.
- Drill down on a position record to go to the list view and display associated skill and skill item data.
- Note the button in the top applet labeled Export Skill Data.
Employee 's Assignment skills are store in S_EMP_SKILL table and assignment skill items in S_EMP_SKILL_IT table. As per requirement need to fetch Employee data who has specific Assignment Skill Items .
How to fetch Employee based on Assignment Skill Items not based on Assignment skill not based on Position?
