Symptoms
When trying to execute upgphys step to export schema definition, the upgphys step fails and the following errors are recorded in the sch_dict.log
Additional Message: pTable->pColumns is NULL

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform upgrade from previous IP versions to either Siebel 21.5 or 21.6
2. Execute upgrep, IRM, mark conflict resolution as complete and then run FullPublish
3. Execute upgphys and check to see if the upgphys is successful
