PDQ Does Not Update the Siebel URL After it is Executed (Doc ID 2794769.1)

Symptoms

When executing a PDQ, it is not updating the Siebel URL. The Siebel URL is still pointing to the same record that was selected before the PDQ was executed.

Example below is from the Activity screen, but can be reproduced on all views.

In this view, notice that there is no PDQ selected and the first record selected has Rowid=1-8QNJ, as we can see in the Siebel URL:

From the PDQ menu, select the out of the box PDQ "My Completed Activities". This will bring back all record with 'Status=Done'. After the PDQ is executed, a new record is selected. However, the Siebel URL did not change and it is still pointing to Rowid=1-8QNJ, which is the Rowid from the previous record.




If you navigate to another record then back to the same record, we then see the Siebel URL getting updated to:

https://<server:port>/siebel/app/callcenter/enu?SWECmd=GotoView&SWEView=All+Activity+List+View&SWERF=1&SWEHo=&SWEBU=1&SWEApplet0=Activity+List+Applet+With+Navigation&SWERowId0=1-8QMM

We now see the URL is getting correctly updated to the Rowid of the current record, which is 1-8QMM.

Changes

 No changes, appeared to have always existed.
