How To Delete jms.log File From <siebel_Home>/ses/applicationcontainer/logs? (Doc ID 2795222.1)

There is very big(in GBs) jms.log file under <siebel_Home>/ses/applicationcontainer/logs folder.

a) Is it possible to decrease the log level of  jms.log ?
b) Is it possible to remove jms.log file without stopping SES application container?
