Users Able To Log Into Webtools Without Entering A Password When Connecting To A Runtime Repository (RR) Environment (Doc ID 2796557.1)

The WebTools object manager had been enabled on the Runtime Repository (RR) environment.

Upon opening the URL for webtools, the username and password login page was bypassed. This opened directly in to WebTools.

The issue can be recreated with the following steps:

Enable the Webtools object manager
Add the webtools URL to a browser
The browser page opened directly in to the tools application, no username or password was needed

Webtools object manager was enabled against the RR environment
