Delivering The Workspace Using SAM(Siebel Approval Manager) Returning NULL Response With 200 OK (Doc ID 2797067.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Approval Manager (SAM) workspace delivery is not working and getting NULL response for the post operation.
It should respond with Success or Failed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure SAM as explained in Doc ID 2493884.2
2. Now Try to Deliver the workspace using SAM and getting null response for the post operation as shown below
