Comp Parameter Change CFGShareModeUsersDir To Default Path To Some Other Path Not Writing Any Files (Doc ID 2797413.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, Security / Authentication

Comp parameter change CFGShareModeUsersDir to default path to some other path not writing any files

Siebel Advanced parameter changed the directory to another directory and not able to see any file in new folders

CFGShareModeUsersDir=/siebel78/sfs/userpref -- Previous folder path
CFGShareModeUsersDir=/siebel78/sfs/userpref1-- New folder path

Changed all the EAI comp to new folder path using below commands:

change param CFGShareModeUsersDir=/siebel78/sfs/userpref1 from comp EAI****_enu
