Siebel Dataimp is Crashing While Trying to Restore LOV Data in Target Environment After a Full Runtime Repository Migration (Doc ID 2797923.1)

Symptoms


A full repository migration was executed from SOURCE  to TARGET environments. There is a dataexp and a dataimp while running the import steps in Target.

Customer informs that do not want the LOV, which were migrated from Source to Target via SMA Full RR Migration.  He wants to re-import the LOV exported right before the dataimp in Target.

The command below is executed and it crashes, without any meaningful message on the screen:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run a full and successful runtime repository migration from Source to Target environments;
2. Try to import the file produced by dataexp (executed in Target), right before dataimp (import source environment LOV).
3. The dataimp from command line crashes.
