Symptoms
When attempting to access Siebel Migration Application (SMA) post deploying Siebel Migration profile in SMC, the the following error occurs in the SMA
In the migration.log below errors are seen:
[DEBUG] 2021-08-05 14:38:36.134 [https-jsse-nio-9112-exec-10] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.MigrationServer:IsValidUser Using the Basic authentication
[DEBUG] 2021-08-05 14:38:36.137 [https-jsse-nio-9112-exec-10] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.MigrationServer:IsValidUser HTTP response code: 404
[ERROR] 2021-08-05 14:38:36.137 [https-jsse-nio-9112-exec-10] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.MigrationServer:IsValidUser REST response received from Server: <!doctype html>HTTP Status 404 – Not Found Message.. Not Found..Description..The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exist.
[DEBUG] 2021-08-05 14:38:36.137 [https-jsse-nio-9112-exec-10] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.MigrationServer:IsValidUser Returning Status Code 404
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade/update to 20.9 or lower from any version
2. Deploy Migration profile in SMC and make sure it is successful
3. Access Migration application and check to see if it is accessible.

Upgrade or Patch update from any IP2017 version to 20.9 or lower and setting up Migration Profile in SMC
