Migration Application Creating New Tables Instead Of Merging Tables (Doc ID 2799911.1)

Symptoms

When using the migration application to migrate the Siebel schema from the Siebel Development environment to a higher Siebel environment,
no tables or indexes were merged, instead new tables and indexes were created.
