SBL-DAT-00225 Error While Creating A New Record In WfProcBatchMgr (Doc ID 2801228.1)

Symptoms

In the custom workflow process, there is a custom business service which creates a new record in 'Action Employee' BC. When the workflow process is run in WfProcBatchMgr component, the business service fails with the following error:

SBL-DAT-00225: The value entered in field Participation Role of buscomp Employee does not match any value in the bounded pick list PickList Participation Role Code.
