Receive Server Busy Error When Inspecting a Workspace With Strong Type Syntax in Siebel Application (Doc ID 2801864.1)

Symptoms

Experience Server busy error when inspecting a workspace with strong type syntax is being used.  There's no crash or FDR file was generated.

ERROR:
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps against a customer's custom repository:
1. Log into a Siebel application

2. Open a workspace where strong type is being used.  For example: In HLS Case Activity List Applet > WebApplet_PreInvokeMethodthe following strong type syntax was used:

3. Inspect the workspace

4. Navigate to Cases List View

5. Drilldown on the Case Number field

Changes

 Applied 21.5 patch update in the environment.
