Symptoms

eMail Response functionality stops working after update from Siebel CRM 21.3 Update or later from pre Siebel 20.x the Siebel Email Response stop processing inbound emails.

On the Internet SMTP/IMAP Server driver log files the following error is observed:

On the <Siebel Server Application Container folder>/applicationcontainer_internal/logs/mail.log. See the following error:

 

Changes

Update to Siebel CRM 21.3 or later.
