When sending an Inbound Web Service request with an attachment having over 50KB in the ActivityBuffer, it generates an error message:
The SR is not created and so the attachment is also not created.
4. Replace the INLINE_BASE64_MESSAGE_CONTENT_HERE_OVER_50KB_SIZE part with the content from the actual attachment file converted into Inline Base64 encoding having a smaller size, under 50KB, perhaps around 45KB. Send the request and this message will get processed without any errors.
