Active Workflow Processes were not deployed to Runtime Table S_RR_WORKFLOW after running PostInstallDBSetup.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run PostInstallDBSetup
- Go to Administration - Business Process > Workflow Monitoring Configuration View
- Workflows are not displayed
- Check the S_RR_WORKFLOW table - it is empty
