LOYEngineBatch Component Crashes with Error "ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" (Doc ID 2803408.1)

Symptoms

Customer has upgraded their Siebel version from 16.19 to 21.3 and running a Copy of LOYEngineBatch. This copied AOM crashes after running for several days.

ERROR:

ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000000461132f68:0 2021-08-11 19:12:54 (oracon.cpp (5001)) SBL-DBC-00105: An error has occurred executing a Sql statement.
Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.
