Symptoms
Customer s running Rebase (merging) on a workspace using Siebel tools and applying the changes that were made in the parent workspace. They are getting a error on Conflict resolution and unable to progress and complete the Workspace rebase.
ERROR:
This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed.
Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record.(SBL-DAT-00215)
