Symptoms
On 21.7, Submit / Cancel buttons are not displayed when add is clicked at SMC Configuration > Enterprise Component Groups.
As of 21.6 and earlier update, these buttons are displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply 21.7.
2. Login to SMC.
3. Navigate to Configuration > Enterprise Component Groups.
4. Click Add (+) button.
5. Both Submit and Cancel buttons are not displayed (in the position of the red square.)
