Unable To Start a Copied Component After Changing of Parameters (Doc ID 2803822.1)

Symptoms

Customer noticed the below error after a Object Manager reconfiguration to adjust the MinMTServers and MaxMTServer parameters, The values was changed to MinMTServers=MaxMTServers=6. Also the Object Manager was copied from a existing Out of the Box Object Manager. There is no change on AOM except on the parameter Min/Max MTServers and this change was not reflected correctly.

ERROR:

Also similar parameter changes did not produce above errors on other Object Managers which was copied in the same environment.

Changes

 Changed the values on parameters MinMTServers=MaxMTServers=6 on a Copy of a existing Object Manager.
